How Do I Return Eternal Minerals?

We believe in our Members complete satisfaction. If you wish to return your Eternal Minerals order, follow these instructions:

  1. Call our Customer Service Team at 866-363-6797 or email us at service@eternalminerals.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and to receive instructions to return the remaining portion of your order within 14 calendar days of the original order date. Calling or emailing within the 14-day trial period extends your billing date 30 days.
  2. Clearly write the RMA # and your return address on the outside of the package and complete the enclosed form on the reverse side of your invoice. Include this form inside your return package.
  3. Mail your Eternal Minerals product to:

  4. Members assume the responsibility for return postage on all return orders. REFUSED DELIVERIES OR PACKAGES MARKED RETURN TO SENDER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED TO THE MEMBER. The remaining portion of your Eternal Minerals order will need to be returned. To return the trial, you have 45 days from your sign up date. On recurring shipments you have 30 days from the billing date to return the unopened product. The cost of your order will be refunded less a $7.95 restocking fee on your recurring shipment. For your security, credit will only be issued to the credit card that was used to sign up.

How long will it take to process returns?

After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 3 business days to process your refund.

Please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your bank’s billing and credit schedule.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

If your product(s) are damaged during shipping contact out Customer Service Team at 866-363-6797 for a replacement product.

What if shipping and delivery errors occurred with my order?

Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at 866-363-6797 immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely manner.
